Evidence packet

The scene changes fast
Vehicles are moved out of traffic within minutes. Resting positions, skid marks and debris are gone before anyone thinks to photograph them.
Witnesses leave
The person who saw the whole thing drives away without leaving a name. Their account is often the only neutral record of what happened.
Photos get questioned
An ordinary camera roll photo carries no proof of when it was taken or that it has not been edited since. That gap gets exploited later.
How it works

Why it holds up
Sealed at capture, not at export.
A SHA-256 hash is written for every photo the instant the shutter fires — on the device, before sync, before any editing is possible. The packet records what was captured, when, and where.
Tamper-evident, not a legal verdict
The hashes prove a file is byte-for-byte what the device captured. They do not prove fault, and they are not a claim of court admissibility — that is a decision for a court, not an app.

Nothing leaves your phone automatically. Sharing happens when you tap share, to a recipient you choose.
